• We are sorry we could not process the exchange of product without the unboxing video.
• We don’t offer exchange on caps booties and mittens (until the product reaches your doorstep damaged).
• Once washed items cannot be returned or replaced.
• Size exchange or any damage to the product once you receive the exchange WhatsApp us with your issue within 3 working days from the product reaches your doorstep.
• For replacement and exchange half the shipping charges is borne by customers.
